This is the basis of a 13CNMR spectrum prediction tool widely used to verify the result of a chemical synthesis in research laboratories.

The 13CNMR Organic Compounds Volume 2 collection contains 147.976 13CNMR spectra and chemical structures. The data have been quality controlled by Prof. Robien. Most of the chemical shifts are assigned to the corresponding carbon atoms in the structure. This is the basis of a 13CNMR spectrum prediction tool widely used to verify the result of a chemical synthesis in research laboratories. The prediction takes into account stereochemistry.
